I joined the UK Civil Service at the age of 21 as an ambitious British Muslim from East London. I carved out my own impactful 12 year career in Government, but I never forgot about the next generation. With every career milestone I achieved, I took my learning back to schools and campuses, uplifting young people, so they could see themselves in positions of purpose and power. I'm proud of the legacy I've created for diverse young people to aspire to work in Government and now it's time to hand the baton to you!

We know that today young people are speaking out about the greatest social injustices of our time from the genocide in Gaza to climate catastrophe. Generation Purpose is here to guide young change-makers into purposeful professional leaders, who can have real influence and make impactful decisions to create the change they want to see in the world whether that be in Government, the charity sector or a multilateral institution. Break down psychological barriers to leadership
Supporting schools and universities to break down the psychological barriers which may inhibit students from aspiring to work in leadership roles within Government and wider social impact sectors. Inspiring students to see themselves in positions of influence and to foster confidence in their own leadership capabilities. Harnessing their social consciousness in a constructive way to enact impactful change.
